Modes of ^Progress
The modes of ^Progress are ^How we ^Measure, ^Feel or verify ^How we ^Progress in ~life~. ^As with any mode that may ^Affect ^How we ^Feel, we may ^Identify it and ^Take ~steps~ to ^Annotate its ^Prudent ~use~. ^When we ^Identify, ^Change or ^Moderate our ~sense~ of ~progress~, it can ^Benefit our ~affect~ We may ^Find a ^Similar ~result~ ^When we ^Obtain cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
We get so ~busy~ in ~life~ or so caught up in things yet it is ~important~ to ^Understand ^How we ^Measure or ^Mark our ^Own ~progress~. The modes of ^Progress include ^More, ^Less, ^Wait, ^Reward, ^Win-or-lose, ^Share or ^Perfect.
These modes are universal and necessary in ~moderation~ with ~one-another~ and ^Connect ^Deeply to our ~sense~ of ~satiety~. Our ~habit~ for them may ^Vary contextually (~as~ with anything) although it may ^Feel ~as~ though we have a universal ~default~.
For each chapter, we may ^Notice ^What are our ^Default or ^Alternative modes. Or ^What we may ^Prefer in ~context~ of an ~event~. Or ^What might ^Improve our current ~habit~ for it. ^When I do that, I ^Learn something about myself too!
