Modes of ^Change
We ^Want to ^Control our ^Particular ~domain~ ^Adequate to our ~desire~. So we ^Find ourselves in ~process~ to ^Busy our ~mind~ with a ~variety~ of modes of ^Change. In that ~attempt~, we may ^Reach our ~dream~ to ^Govern the ~earth~, ^Own the ~sky~ or have a nice meal.
Just ~as~ much ~as~ we ^Want to ^Sense ~progress~ in ~life~ we also ^Want to ^Find a ~way~ to ^Arrive ^More ^Quickly and in ^More ~control~ of ~chance~ and ~consequence~. To ^Gain ~control~, we often ^Apply a mode of ^Change: ^Contend, ^Avoid, ^Surrender, ^Hide, ^Magnify, ^Inspire and ^Fix. ^Use ~caution~ though because anytime we ^Strongly ^Control ourselves, others or our world we may also ^Strongly ^Affect a ~mess~ to our ~mind~ or that of others. ^When we ^Identify, ^Change or ^Moderate ^How we ^Assert ~change~, it can ^Benefit our behavior ~as~ we may ^Find ^When we ^Obtain cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
