Annotate

  1. ^Partition into ^Three or ^Four ~parts~:
    1. To ^Feel.
    2. To ^Act.
    3. To ^Think.
    4. (Optional) To ^Mind.
  2. ^How do we ^Act?
    1. ^Fear in ~thirst~ of ~agency~.
    2. ^Shame in ~thirst~ of ~cooperation~.
  3. ^What do we ^Feel?
    1. ^Anger in ~thirst~ of ~boundary~.
    2. ^Desire in ~thirst~ of ~empathy~.
  4. ^When do we ^Think?
    1. ^Disgust in ~thirst~ of ~independence~.
    2. ^Happy in ~thirst~ of ~function~.
  5. Optionally, ^Identify ^One ~part~ of the group ~as~ the ^Super mode which has ^Maximum ~respect~ to all other modes in the group.  ^Why do we ^Mind?
    1. ^Surprise in ~thirst~ to ^Live.
    2. ^Sorrow in ~thirst~ to ^Restore.
  6. ^Detect and ^Discern ~emotional-failure~ to ^Remove it from our ~mind~ so that we may ^Keep and ^Maintain a ^Healthy ~lens~.
    1. Every ^Common ^Simple ~emotion~ has a ^Good ~purpose~.  It is ~safe~ to ^Cry or ^Hold ~anger~ ^Properly.  It is ^Okay to ^Feel it even we have not the ~words~ for it.  It is ^Okay to ^Give or ^Receive a ^Normal amount of ~shame~ or ~disgust~.
    2. ^How much ~emotion~ can we ^Take?  ^Well, we did ^Ask that and it is ~prudent~ to ^Care to ^Stop our pain.  However, did we ^Care to ^Notice, ~emotion~ has a ^Lower ~limit~, too?  ^When we ^Know our ~limitations~ we ^Notice ^How ~moderation~ and a ~lack~ of ~direction~ may ^Serve us far ^Better than to ^Seek to ^Make a ^Perfect ~balance~ or ~sacrifice~.  Sometimes I ^Eat all the ~food~ on my plate ^No ~matter~ ^How much is ^Good for me.  Sometimes I pile it up for others ^No ~matter~ ^How much they ^Want or ^Need.  Sometimes I ^Leave my plate ~empty~ or do that to others for ^No ^Good ~purpose~ at all.
    3. We can ^Define any ~fact~ or ~feeling~ ~as~ a tragedy of ~evil~ if we ^Want.  ^Tell me and ^Take a long time to ^Answer: ^When does that ^Serve a ^Good ~purpose~?
    4. It is ^Okay ^When our ~lens~ is a ~MESS~ except that it is a ~deception~.  We only ^Need to ^Grow or ^Refine our ~lens~ about it ^When we are in ~presence~ of ~one~ ^Who will not ^Deceive us.
    5. Do not ^Receive or ^Apply ~force~ against ~anticipation~.  Every ^Good ~gift~ and every ~need~ has a ~season~.  Do we ^Find a ^Better ~harmony~ ^When we ^Embrace or ^Refuse a ~rhythm~?  ^Winter, ^Spring, ^Summer or ^Fall, ^Surely although they ^Arrive, we may ^Decide to ^Refuse them or ^Stop for them.  Can they ^Refuse us?  Can we ^Stop them, even ~one~?
    6. Do not ^Believe nor ^Listen to any ~source~, ~combination~ or ~voice~ that may ^Speak to ^Imply ^Maximum or ^Minimum ~harm~ or ~help~ ~as~ ~consequence~.
    7. Only ^Anticipate ^What is ~good~ and ~kind~ to ourselves and others in ~feeling~.  ^Anticipation of ~evil~ or ^Desire for ~control~, even ^When ~joy~ is its ~reward~, may ^Inspire a ^Significant ~emotional-failure~.
  7. Every ^Desperate ~feeling~ or ~emotion~ about it may ^Become ~indesperate~ ~as~ we ^Replace that with a ~feeling~ of ^Maximum or ^Minimum ~consequence~.
    1. We may ^Fall into a ~sense~ of ^Maximum ~consequence~ in ~context~ of it.
    2. Our ^Conscious or ^Subconscious ~mind~ may ^Aim for ^Maximum ~consequence~ and the ~result~ is an ^Unknown ~source~ of ^Maximum ~opposition~ in ourselves, others or our world.
    3. We may ^Aim or ^Respond with ^Maximum ~consequence~ for sake of ~survival~.
  8. ^Respond to ~emotional-failure~.
    1. ^When ~desperate~ or ~indesperate~ despite our insufficiency and our ^BEST ~effort~, ^Tune our ~mind~ to ^Recover ^Now.

Subject

^Emotion is a mode of ^Mind and a ~pattern~ to ^Guide us to concepts and modes for sake of our emotions.  ^As we ^Work to ^Use a ^Concept to ^Process our ~excess~ of ~emotion~, it ~helps~ us to have a ~map~ of concepts to ^Apply in ~regard~ to the emotions we ^Feel.

For those ^Who ^Want to ^Maintain their ~ability~ ^Day by ^Day, so they may have ~courage~ and ~strength~ to ^Heal from ^Deeply rooted suffering.

You'll ^Make it ^One ^Day.  And me too.  I ^Know it!

Target

Anytime we ^Feel something.  Once we ^Create a ~map~ of it, we may ^Give it to our ~self~, our ~family~ or others ~long-term~.  Any ^Concept from any ~source~ may ^Be the key to ^Heal, ^Help or ^Tend our ~emotion~.  ^Notice it.  ^When a ~map~ doesn't ~work~ we may ^Need to ^Swap it out, ^Shuffle it, or ^Use another ~idea~ or ~mode~ in ~replacement~.

^When we ^Apply a ~lens~, we ^Want to ^Start from an ~emotion~ to ^Identify the axis (F, A, T, M) ~as~ a ~space~ to ^Work.  Next, ^Search in that ~space~ for a ^Concept ~as~ a ^Direct ~match~.  ^Find a ^Concept in a ~partition~ that may ^Match it.

^Think of each ~emotion~ ~as~ a ~problem~ to ^Encourage us to ^Work, and each mode ~as~ a ~solution~ to ^Match it.  Just ^Work from ~emotion~ to ~mode~ on the same axis.
