^Sorrow in ourselves, others or our world is in ~opposition~ to ^Restore in ourselves, others or our world.  ^When a ~gift~ that we ^Give or ^Receive does ^Cause ~sorrow~, even ^When ~love~ may ^Cause it, we may ^Need to ^Fail or ^Grow from it. 

Should we ^Sorrow ~alone~?  ^Let us ^Plan to ^Hold ~sorrow~ ^Together ^When we can't ^Hold ourselves ^Together. 

For those ^Who are too ~full~ or ~empty~ to ^Give or ^Receive ~daily-self-care~ in ~harmony~. 

We have ~freedom~ for our ~body~.  ^Likewise we ^Need ~strength~ to ^Become ~sad~ in ~mind~. 

^As we ^Sorrow ^Among ourselves, others and our world, we ^Move toward ^Moderate ~boundary~ ^Among ourselves, others and our world.  So, ^Less ~boundary~ from ^When it is at a ~maximum~, and ^More ~boundary~ from ^When it is at a ~minimum~.  Do you ^See ^How? 

To ^Find ^Normal resolution of ~sorrow~, ^Become in ~harmony~ to ~health~ and ~strength~ or ^Balance ~mistakes~ and ~weakness~.  ^When we ^Find ^No ~emnity~ ^Between ~one-another~ and our ^Normal ~restore~, we may ^Forgive and ^Refresh ^Freely.

^As a ~buddy~, ^When we ^Notice a ~lack~ or ~excess~ of ~sorrow~, we may ^Forgive and ^Sorrow with ~one-another~ in a ^Normal ~space~ of ~trust~. 

Anytime in ~focus~ to ^Forgive or in ~motivation~ to ^Restore.  Anytime in ~focus~ of ~health~ or ~strength~ within our ~life~. 

Anytime ~as~ ~signal~ to ^Rest.  Our ~emotion~ may ^Model ~lack~ of ~awareness~, so we ^Unmask the ^Full ~truth~ of it only ~as~ we ^Heal from it. 

In every ~season~ of our ~mind~, ^Be it ~winter~, ~spring~, ~summer~ or ~fall~, ~sorrow~ is the only ^Common ^Simple ~emotion~ ^Kind ^Enough to ^Hide or ^Show itself in all.
