We should not read it until we ^Counsel with our parents.

to ^Heal a burden of ~emotion~ with ^More ~effect~
than that of ~study~ or ~practice~ without ~awareness~.
And we may ^Gain ~strength~ to ^Overcome our worst traumas and struggles
^Alone
or with ~support~ of peers or professionals.
My ~hope~ is that we can ^Deeply ^Heal from these burdens:
that we may ^Reduce the pain of our past traumas and major stressors
and that they may not ^Work in ~combination~ against us.
^Workout recommendation: We ^Want to ^Exercise our mental ~health~ ^Regularly
and ~as~ with physical ~exercise~ we ^Want to ^Moderate ^How we ^Engage in it.
^When we ^Study or ^Follow ~one~ or ^More ~steps~ of a ~mode~,
we may ^Identify that ~as~ a ~workout~.
I recommend a ^Default ~limit~ of ^No ^More than
^One ~hour~ per ~workout~ for our mental ~health~.
^As we ^Understand our ^Own ~limitations~ ^Better,
we can ^Make ~adjustments~.
